What is Gophers coach P.J. Fleck’s new tattoo? And why it means so much to him

Published Thu, 20 Feb 2025 18:58:25 GMT

The Gophers offense didn’t reveal much during a few open practices in training camp, but if you were able to look close enough in those brief August moments, P.J. Fleck shared something special to him. When the head coach wore shorts, his usual summer practice attire, it exposed a new tattoo on one of his tanned, athletically toned calves. That includes building camaraderie as locker room leader, serving as a franchise face, and consulting with coaches and referees as a key voice. 200 WINS! Adam Wainwright caps career with long-awaited milestone Generally speaking, the captain’s honor is one a team awards to a player with hopes they will lead for the long haul.
